All internship opportunities are a three-month paid program (NRs 7,000 per month), full-time (5 days a week), and office-based. Interns with impressive performance are highly likely to receive full-time employment offers.


Writer / Journalist / Reporter (For English and Nepali language) Intern

  • A bachelor’s degree in journalism, mass communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing skills with an excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, and style conventions.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging articles, reports, features, or news stories.
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough research to gather accurate information and verify facts.
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews with sources to gather information, quotes, and insights for articles or stories.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information, identify newsworthy stories, and offer unique perspectives or angles.
  • Understanding of journalistic ethics, including principles of accuracy, fairness, impartiality, and integrity.

Research Intern

  • A bachelor’s degree in journalism, mass communications, electronics, or a related field.
  • Strong writing skills with an excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, and style conventions.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging articles, reports, features, or news stories.
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough research to gather accurate information and verify facts.
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews with sources to gather information, quotes, and insights for articles or stories.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information, identify newsworthy stories, and offer unique perspectives or angles.

Policy Analysis Intern

  • A bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, public administration, economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the policy-making process at local, regional, national, or international levels, including an understanding of legislative processes, regulatory frameworks, public administration, and government decision-making structures.
  • Sufficient research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including government reports, academic studies, surveys, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Adequate written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex policy analyses and findings.

Social Media/Communications Intern

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • Ability to create visually appealing graphics and compositions for digital media.
  • Familiarity with graphic designing tools. Knowledge in managing various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and engaging with followers.
  • Ability to create compelling and shareable content across different formats, including text, images, videos, infographics, and interactive media.
  • Strong copywriting skills are essential for crafting engaging captions, headlines, and promotional messages.
  • Understanding of brand identity, voice, and guidelines to maintain consistency across social media platforms.
