Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand project requirements and user needs
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools to visualize design concepts and user journeys
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and accessible user interfaces
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform design decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically to address complex design challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design aesthetics
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is preferred, but not essential
Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in WordPress, specifically with the Elementor plugin, as well as frontend coding languages (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JS, jQuery, AJAX) and backend language (Python, Django). As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our website while ensuring a seamless user experience across both frontend and backend components.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain WordPress websites using the Elementor plugin
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to implement website layouts and functionalities
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, SCSS, JS, jQuery, and AJAX for front-end development
- Implement responsive designs to ensure optimal website performance across various devices and browsers
- Enhance website interactivity and user experience through the integration of dynamic elements and functionalities
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise, ensuring the website functions smoothly
- Integrate frontend interfaces with Python and Django-based backend systems
- Develop backend components using Python and Django, ensuring seamless data flow and server-side functionality
- Optimize website performance, including page load times, responsiveness, and SEO best practices
- Integrate third-party APIs and services for enhanced website functionality
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in WordPress, Elementor, frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JS, jQuery, AJAX), and backend language (Python, Django)
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and package managers (e.g., npm)

- Nice to have knowledge of server-side deployment processes and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
